Our Return Policy :
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Certain products such as perishable goods, including food, cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations.
- To initiate a return, please email us at returns@groceria.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
