Shipping Rates and Methods :
Groceria offers shipping rates that vary depending on the location of the customer and the weight of the order. We currently offer three shipping methods: Standard, Express, and Same-Day Delivery. The Standard shipping method is free for orders over $50 and will take between 3-5 business days for delivery. The Express shipping method is available for an additional fee and will take 1-2 business days for delivery. Same-Day Delivery is only available in select locations and orders must be placed before 12 PM local time to qualify.
Order Processing :
Orders placed before 12 PM local time will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Address :
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Delivery Times :
Our Standard shipping method typically takes between 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Our Express shipping method takes 1-2 business days for delivery, while our Same-Day Delivery option is available in select locations and will be delivered on the same day if ordered before 12 PM local time.
Delivery Confirmation :
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery. Once your order has been delivered, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your groceries have arrived. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Damaged or Missing Items :
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photo evidence of the damage to process a refund or replacement. If any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Returns and Refunds :
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or refund. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, cannot be returned or refunded.
